Price Guide - what is included

Standard Package

Each jurisdiction is a little different from the others. For this reason we use the term 'where applicable' as that particular item may not be relevant, or apply in every country.

First Year (where applicable)

Additional Services

On the price guide pages the amount shown for each additional service is on top of the standard package price.

Nominee Services

Includes both nominee director and shareholder for which we also provide; Declaration of Beneficial Ownership, undated but signed share transfer, undated but signed director's resignation and Deed of Indemnity. Fee quoted is the annual appointment fee. If you want your nominee to do extra work you will also pay time spent charges.

Notary & Apostille

The rates shown are for use of our in-house professionals. Rates for both notary and apostille from other countries are higher according to local circumstances.

Power of Attorney

This is a General Power of Attorney usually given to the actual person who will manage the business of the company. It will normally include passport details to provide positive proof of identity and appointment for the Donee.

Payment Terms & Conditions

The payment of all bank charges and other transfer costs of payment is a cost that clients must pay. We require receipt of the full amount due before we are able to commence work. Refunds are not possible as obviously governments will not give refunds. We have never been asked for a refund! When arranging payment please tell us whether you are sending US$ or Euro so that we can provide you with the correct payment instructions. Also, tell us whether you want to pay by wire (TT, or electronic payment), or into our PayPal account.
